    Important announcement

During the December 2006 the upgrade of the site takes place on every day basis. I'm ready to make it this way for quite a long.
Besides, I'm going to move the site to a faster server in the next few months.

Portal Моnumenta altaica is going to develop in several directions.

First of all, the site`s materials will be constantly enlarged. New links to Altaic monuments, papers and books will be added.

We are now going to publish on-line the following books:

B.H.Todaeva "A concise grammar of Dongxian".
A.V.Dybo "Semantic reconstruction in Altaic etymology. Semantic terms (shoulder-girdle)".

    and dissertations:
С.А.Крылов "Морфемика современного монгольского языка". (Morphemics of the modern Khalkha-mongolian)
И.А.Грунтов "Реконструкция праалтайской падежной системы" (Reconstruction of Proto-Altaic case system)

Secondly, we are going to increase PERSONALIA section, devoted to the outstanding scholars in the field of Altaic studies.
Biographies of V.Radlov and L.Ligeti are likely to appear soon.

Thirdly, we are going to add information about Khamnigan and Mogol peoples into ETHNOGRAPHY section
